For the service, we issue a VAT invoice for all services and for official and consular payments made on behalf of the client. The invoice includes all services provided during the order (consular service, courier service, etc.), as well as all payments made on behalf of the client, such as consular fees, power of attorney fees, etc., as well as the amount for insurance policies for medical expenses abroad.
We send the document to the e-mail address or, at the customer’s request, the original by post or in a shipment together with the documents. We will send a payment request immediately after submitting the documents to the consulate or office and making all payments on behalf of the client.
After submitting the documents to the consulate or office and making all payments on behalf of the client, we send an e-mail requesting payment no later than the date of receipt of the documents from the consulates or offices. In the case of a transfer, please send us confirmation of the transfer if the payment was made late and there is no certainty that it will be recorded in our bank accounts before preparing the documents for shipment.
The most convenient form of payment is a bank transfer to the specified account. Please enter the invoice number or order number in the transfer title. We have accounts in two banks:

or

No, we do not accept cash from private individuals, unless the VAT invoice is issued to a company with a valid VAT number in Poland.
Yes, you can make a payment by payment card on our website www.serwikonsularny.pl/zaplac/ through the Przelewy24 service or PayPal service integrated with our website, as well as directly in our office using the stationary payment card portal in the PlanetPay system.
Payments for consular fees made in a currency other than PLN are converted on the VAT invoice at the average NBP exchange rate from the previous day in accordance with the indications of the tax office. When making these payments by credit card, we pay at a much higher exchange rate, and the exchange rate differences are often more than the cost of our service. For this reason, we add a commission fee for currency conversion and credit card payments.
