Documents remaining in our office are stored in a special, locked cabinet during all time. The building in which the office is located has an alarm and is protected by an external, reputable security agency. Serwis Konsularny has no influence on the documents while they remain in consulates or offices.

The passport and all other documents that need to be returned or that are specifically requested by the client are sent to the client. The remaining papers, i.e. unused visa forms, etc., are destroyed and then handed over to a specialized company that disposes of documents.

Taking into account the comfort and safety of the customer and our company, we only use proven and reputable courier companies. While the shipment is on its way, you can track it using the shipment number provided on the courier companies’ websites. Serwis Konsularny company uses FEDEX/TNT company in Poland and abroad.
