1) Receipt of documents
After consulting by phone or e-mail regarding the documents needed to obtain a visa, we send the courier ourselves to the indicated address. We also accept documents from other courier companies (you can send them yourself) or delivered in person.

2) Preparation of documents for implementation
After delivering the documents to the office, our consultants verify them, create an order in our Visa Order System and send it for submission to the office or consular facility as soon as possible. Most shipments are assembled the same day they are delivered to the office.
Remember for us all visas are express!!
3) Order execution
The prepared documents are submitted by our visa couriers to offices and consular establishments in Poland, Berlin and London. All changes in the order execution status are updated on an ongoing basis in our Visa Order System and are available on our website http://serwikonsularny.pl.
Our consultants are available from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. by phone and e-mail.
4) Payment
After submitting the documents, we issue a VAT invoice for the services and for reimbursement of costs incurred in offices and consular establishments. Please send confirmation of the transfer by the date of receipt of the documents from the consulate.
Payments can also be made by credit card via our Przelewy24 gateway (site link) or the PayPal plug-in on our website.
5) Sending back the documents
When the visa or documents are ready, we send them to the indicated address by courier or you can pick them up at our office.
6) Safety
Our employees are obliged to exercise particular caution when handling documents at all times. No information is made available to third parties. After the visa process is completed, the remaining documents are destroyed and sent for disposal to a reputable document destruction company.
