An electronic visa is a normal visa that is issued on the basis of an application submitted online in the dedicated immigration system of a given country. Such a visa is issued as an electronic document, sent to the provided e-mail address. Usually, the visa appears in the border systems from the moment of issue, but we suggest you take the printed visa with you when traveling. In many countries it is mandatory!!
A single-entry visa allows you to cross the border once (entry – exit), a double visa allows you to cross the border twice (entry – exit – entry – exit), a multiple visa allows multiple entries (unlimited number of entries) during the visa validity period.
Each visa may have a different validity depending on the type and country. As a rule, visas are valid either from date to date (e.g. Russian visas), i.e. you cannot stay in a given country beyond these dates, or visas are valid for entry within the specified period on the visa (e.g. Chinese visas), i.e. within the given validity period visa, you must make the only (single-entry visa) or last (multiple entry visa) entry into a given country and stay for the (maximum) number of days specified in the visa.
In the responses to the inquiry for each visa, we provide its validity and the number of days of stay, please check it each time or ask our consultants.
We always strictly recommend applying for a visa in accordance with the intended purpose, but if the client so wishes, we can apply for the visa of his choice at his own risk. Please remember that this involves high risk during customs clearance in the destination country and during your stay abroad.
With a few exceptions you can’t. After canceling your old passport, you must apply for a visa again. Only Russia allows the transfer of an old visa under several conditions. However, in the case of a visa promise to the USA, you can travel with two passports, old and new, until the end of the validity of the promise in the old passport, if the promise was not destroyed during the cancellation of the old passport.
In fact, each visa must be accompanied by a photo of the so-called biometric, i.e. colorful, white background, en-face, 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, the same as for the Polish biometric passport. In terms of photo size, some consulates have their own special requirements, e.g. USA 5 cm x 5 cm. A few countries still allow profile photos, but generally biometric photos must be taken.
