The Visa Order System (abbreviated as SZW) is our customer order control system. Each document delivered to our office is entered into this system, which allows us to efficiently manage and control orders. Each change in the order status results in a change in the status in the SZW. The system also automatically informs the customer about this change via e-mail.

The status of the current order, as well as the history of previous orders, can be checked by logging in to our website www.serwikonsularny.pl, providing your login (e-mail address), password and customer number. The customer receives this data after creating the first order in our system to the provided login (e-mail address).

To recover your login/password or customer number, please write to biuro@serwikonsularny.pl

Yes, you can do this by logging in to your customer panel in the “My profile” tab or by notifying us by e-mail or telephone.

No, these data are entered by the Serwis employees and are only for their and your information. They have no influence on the visa process or legalization process at offices and consulates. Our employees often automatically leave the address of the payer of the order as the home address for individual passports if it is not necessary to provide actual data (e.g. when specially sending a passport to a home address other than the payer of the order). However, if you notice such an error and would like it corrected, please contact us.
